As many of you know, before opening The Sugar Mouse Cupcake House I sold cupcakes at our local Farmers Market for eight years to raise money for children rescued from sex trafficking in Cambodia. I run my non-profit 'Heart Mothers' and visit the girls each year (going next week!).

I have fond memories of sitting on the floor making traditional Kymer banana cakes. While our banana cakes are made differently (we can't sit on the floor squishing bananas into palm leaves. The health inspector won't let us) I hope to create something similar.
